Arrival in Buenos Aires & Check-in
Arrival in Buenos Aires. Transfer from Aeroparque airport or port to EFE & Cowork Hotel or similar. Check-in, complimentary bottle of wine welcome, and remainder of the day at leisure to explore the city.
Aitana Concert Day at Movistar Arena
Breakfast at the hotel. Free time during the day to relax or take optional tours. At the scheduled time, roundtrip transfer from the hotel to Movistar Arena to enjoy Aitana live in concert. Return transfer to hotel after the show.
Check-out and Departure Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel and check-out. At the agreed time, transfer to Aeroparque airport or Port for your departure journey.

- Net rates in US Dollars per person based on selected room occupancy. 100% non-refundable package subject to 100% penalty.
- Event dates are subject to change (one day earlier/later or postponed) by the organizer; such changes do not qualify for a package refund.
- Double occupancy rates apply strictly to 2 passengers traveling together.
- IN/OUT transfers allow 1 piece of luggage plus 1 personal item per person. Excess baggage must be notified in advance.
- Concert transfers may require passengers to walk significant distances and/or climb stairs from the drop-off zone to the venue entrance. Reduced mobility must be reported in advance.
- Tickets may be paper, digital, or mobile app passes (requiring a smartphone with internet access). Ticket delivery/transfer is arranged up to 24 hours prior to the show. Seating guaranteed in pairs (adjacent or back-to-back rows).
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance covers travelers up to 75 years old (inclusive). Travelers aged 76–84 require an age supplement; travelers 85+ are not eligible. For Argentine residents traveling within Argentina, the policy exclusively covers the event cancellation/rescheduling item.
- To qualify for the multi-reason trip cancellation benefit under the assistance plan, policy issuance must occur within 72 hours of flight ticket purchase or vice versa.
