- Does not include transfers to the Teatro del Silenzio (Lajatico), meals, gratuities, or any item not specifically detailed.
- Event dates are subject to change (one day prior, one day later, or postponed). The agency is not responsible for schedule changes made by the organizers.
- Bookings are confirmed upon 100% payment and are strictly non-refundable with a 100% cancellation penalty. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not qualify for a refund.
- IN/OUT transfers allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. Excess luggage must be requested in advance.
- Attending large events may involve walking substantial distances and/or climbing stairs. Passengers with reduced mobility must notify in advance.
- Travel assistance coverage applies to passengers up to 75 years old inclusive. Passengers aged 76 to 84 must pay a supplement; passengers aged 85 and over are not eligible. For trip cancellation coverage to apply, the policy must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
- Tickets may be issued as physical, electronic, or mobile app passes up to 24 hours before the performance. Passengers must carry a smartphone with internet access.
- The face value printed on the ticket is non-binding regarding the package sales price, as it includes management, procurement, delivery fees, and taxes.
