Arrival in Brussels & Transfer to Liege
Arrival at Brussels Airport (BRU), meet and greet for group transfer to the selected hotel in Liege and check-in. For guests with Silver 6 tickets, access to the Thursday Pit Lane Walk (schedule TBD by race organizers). Overnight stay.
Spa-Francorchamps Circuit - Free Practice
Breakfast at the hotel. Independent transfer to the legendary Spa-Francorchamps circuit to experience the opening day of track action and Formula 1 free practice sessions. Independent return to the hotel in Liege. Overnight stay.
Spa-Francorchamps Circuit - Qualifying Day
Breakfast at the hotel. Independent travel to Spa-Francorchamps. Thrilling qualifying session where drivers tackle iconic sections like Eau Rouge and Raidillon in pursuit of pole position. Independent return to the hotel. Overnight stay.
Race Day - Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix
Breakfast at the hotel. Independent transfer to the circuit to witness the Belgian Formula 1 Grand Prix. Feel the roaring excitement of one of the most demanding and storied races on the motorsport calendar. Independent return to the hotel in Liege. Overnight stay.

Operation Notes:
- Dates are tentative and subject to official confirmation by FIA and Formula 1. Event dates may shift by one day or be postponed; the agency is not liable for changes made by race management.
- Does not include daily transfers between Liege and the Spa-Francorchamps circuit; track transportation must be arranged independently by passengers.
- Net rates subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are non-refundable with a 100% cancellation penalty.
- Airport In/Out transfers include 1 standard suitcase and 1 personal item per person. Any excess luggage must be reported in advance.
- Event venues involve long walking distances and climbing stairs from arrival points; passengers with reduced mobility must notify the operator in advance.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel coverage applies to travelers up to 75 years of age inclusive; travelers aged 76 and over require a supplement, and travelers over 85 cannot be covered. To activate trip cancellation, insurance must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing or vice versa.
- Full passenger details, passport copy, and contact mobile phone must be provided at the time of booking request.
