- Net rates in USD, NON-REFUNDABLE, per person based on chosen occupancy. Double occupancy applies strictly to 2 passengers traveling together.
- Event dates may vary (one day earlier, one day later, or postponed). The agency is not liable for schedule changes made by tournament organizers.
- Bookings are confirmed with 100% full payment and carry a 100% cancellation penalty. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not warrant package refunds.
- Airport IN-OUT transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person; excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- For event transfers, passengers should expect to walk considerable distances from drop-off areas to their seats and potentially climb stairs. Reduced mobility must be reported in advance.
- NOW TOTAL 100 coverage applies to travelers aged 75 and under; travelers aged 76+ require a surcharge, and travelers over 85 are not eligible. Trip cancellation benefit requires policy issuance within 72 hours of flight booking (or vice versa).
