Operation Notes:

• Event dates may change, moving one day earlier, one day later, or even being postponed. Our company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person in double occupancy, according to the hotel and ticket selected. Subject to change without prior notice.
• Bookings are confirmed with full payment and the package is non-refundable, subject to a 100% penalty. Rescheduling of the event due to force majeure on the part of the organizers does not entitle the passenger to a refund of the package.
• Airport IN-OUT transfers allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. If a passenger has more luggage than indicated, this must be reported in advance.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers may need to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to their final location, and may occasionally need to climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to report this in advance.
• Important information: this program may include costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of a sudden exchange-rate fluctuation, the values in dollars may vary accordingly.
• Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or downloadable via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc.). A smartphone with internet access is needed to display the downloaded ticket. Our company is not responsible if customers do not have a smartphone in cases where tickets must be downloaded via the app.
• If tickets are physical, the delivery location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If they are electronic, with a QR code, app, or other transferable method, they will be sent in due time. In both cases, delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• In the case of physical tickets, our company will determine the delivery location and time.
• The price shown on the ticket is not binding on the sale price, since it includes handling, shipping-delivery, and tax charges. The customer accepts that no claim may be made regarding the price.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, two by two: they may be together in the same row, or in the row in front of or behind. The following must be provided at the time of booking: complete passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number.
