Operation Notes:

• Event dates may change, by one day earlier, one day later, or even be postponed. The Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizer.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person, based on the selected hotel and occupancy. Subject to change without prior notice. Reservations are confirmed with full payment, and the package is non-refundable, with a 100% penalty. Rescheduling of the event due to force majeure by the organizer does not entitle the client to a refund of the package.
• The IN-OUT Airport transfers allow 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. If a passenger has more luggage than indicated, they must notify us in advance.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers will likely need to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to the final location. In some cases, they may need to climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to report this in advance.
• Important information: this program may include costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of a sharp fluctuation in the exchange rate, dollar amounts may vary accordingly.
• Ticket Conditions: Tickets may be season passes, physical or electronic tickets, or downloadable through a mobile app (Pass Wallet, etc.). A smartphone with internet access is required. The Company is not liable if clients do not have a smartphone for digital tickets.
• If the tickets are physical, the delivery location and time will be arranged with passengers upon their arrival at the destination. If electronic, they will be sent in due time. In both cases, delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• If the tickets are physical, the Company will designate the place and time of delivery.
• The price printed on the ticket is not binding on the sale price, since management, shipping/delivery, and tax costs are included. The client accepts that no claims may be made regarding the price.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, two by two: they may be together in the same row, or in the row in front of or behind. When booking, you must provide full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number.
