Arrival in Santiago, Chile & Check-in
Arrival at Santiago Airport (SCL) and shared transfer to Hotel Capital Bellet (or similar). Check-in and rest of the day at leisure to explore the city.
La Oreja de Van Gogh Live at Movistar Arena
Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. At the scheduled time, transfer to Movistar Arena to enjoy the concert with Platea Zafiro ticket. After the show, transfer back to the hotel.
Check-out and Departure Transfer
Breakfast at the hotel. Check-out and subsequent transfer to SCL Airport for your return flight.

Operation Notes:
- Event dates are subject to change (one day earlier, one day later, or postponed). The agency is not responsible for organizer schedule modifications.
- Bookings are confirmed upon 100% full payment and are strictly non-refundable with a 100% penalty. Event rescheduling due to force majeure does not warrant refunds.
- Airport transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person, requiring passengers to arrive and depart on the same flights. Excess baggage must be reported in advance.
- For concert transfers, passengers may need to walk extended distances and climb stairs from the vehicle drop-off area to their seats. Notify reduced mobility in advance.
- Tickets are guaranteed in pairs (together in the same row or directly in front/behind). Full passenger details, passport copy, and contact phone are required upon booking.
- Tickets may be physical, electronic, or downloadable via smartphone app with internet connection. Delivery or digital dispatch takes place up to 24 hours prior to the show.
- NOW TOTAL 100 travel assistance applies to travelers up to 75 years old inclusive. Passengers 76 and older require a supplement; travelers over 85 cannot be covered. For trip cancellation coverage to apply, the policy must be issued within 72 hours of flight ticketing.
