  • For transfers and stadium access, passengers may need to walk considerable distances from the authorized drop-off point to the corresponding entrances. Please notify us in advance of any passengers with reduced mobility.
  • Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets downloaded via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc.), which requires the customer to have a phone with internet access in order to show the downloaded ticket. Our company is not liable if passengers do not have a compatible smartphone.
  • We guarantee seating in pairs, two by two, which may be adjacent seats, diagonal, or in immediately consecutive rows.
