Operation Notes:

• Event dates may vary — one day earlier, one day later, or even be postponed. The Company is not responsible for changes made by the organizers.
• Net rates in US dollars, per person according to the selected occupancy. Subject to change without prior notice. Bookings are confirmed upon full payment, and the package is non-refundable with a 100% penalty. A rescheduling of the event due to force majeure on the part of the organizer does not entitle the holder to a refund of the package.
• The IN-OUT Airport Transfers include 1 piece of luggage and 1 personal item per person. If a passenger has more luggage than indicated, they must notify us in advance.
• For packages that include transfers to the event, passengers will likely need to walk long distances from the vehicle drop-off point to the final location, and may occasionally need to climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to inform us in advance.
• Important information: this program may include costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of a sharp exchange-rate fluctuation, dollar amounts may vary accordingly.
• VIP Club Stuttgart Category: Includes premium seating in privileged locations, closer to the court and the action. Access to the exclusive VIP Club with a separate entrance, an elegant atmosphere, and dedicated service. High-quality catering with hot and cold dishes, from starters to desserts, and a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Ticket Conditions: Tickets may be season passes, physical tickets, electronic tickets, or tickets to download via a mobile app (pass wallet, etc). A smartphone with internet access is required. The Company is exempt from any responsibility if clients do not have a smartphone for digital tickets.
• If the tickets are physical, the delivery location and time at the destination will be coordinated with passengers upon arrival. If electronic, they will be sent in a timely manner. In both cases, delivery may take place up to 24 hours before the event.
• If tickets are physical, the Company will designate the delivery location and time.
• The price printed on the ticket is not binding on the sale price, since handling, delivery, and tax costs are included. The client accepts that no claim regarding the price may be made.
• We guarantee tickets in pairs, two by two: they may be together in the same row, or in the row in front or behind. When booking, you must provide: full passenger details, a copy of the passport, and a contact phone number.
