Program Itinerary
Departure from La Plata towards Montevideo
19:00 departure from La Plata towards Capital Federal, first stop to pick up passengers and then departure towards Montevideo. After customs, a stop to eat and continue the journey. Estimated arrival around 09:00, transfer to the Shopping until 14:00, when passengers are picked up again to go to the stadium. At the end of the match, return towards Capital Federal with a previous stop for dinner, ending services in La Plata. Customs times can be highly variable and may change the planned itinerary.

- Rates subject to modification and change without prior notice. Latinoamérica Sport Travel is not responsible for the suspension and/or date change of the event. Reservations are confirmed with full payment, being a non-refundable package with 100% penalty.
- A rescheduling of the event due to force majeure by the organization does not entitle to a refund of the package.
- For packages with transfers to the event, passengers will likely have to walk long distances from the point where the vehicles arrive to the final location, and on some occasions climb stairs. If a passenger has reduced mobility, it is essential to know in advance.
- In this program there may be costs in currencies other than the US dollar. In the event of an abrupt exchange rate fluctuation, dollar values may vary accordingly.
- Tickets may be season passes, physical, electronic or downloadable via a mobile app, so the client needs a phone with internet access to show the downloaded ticket. Latinoamérica Sport Travel is exempt from any responsibility if clients do not have a smartphone in the case of tickets to be downloaded in the app.
- If tickets are physical, place and time of delivery at destination are coordinated with passengers upon arrival; if electronic, with QR, app or other forwardable means, they will be sent in due time and form. In both cases, deadlines may be up to 24hs before the event.
- In the case of physical tickets, Latinoamérica Sport Travel will designate the date and place of delivery, which may be at a specific meeting point not necessarily close to the accommodation or the venue, and travel expenses to that site are borne by the passengers.
- The price shown on the ticket is not binding with the sale price, since management fees, delivery and taxes are included.
- The following must be provided when requesting a reservation: full passenger details, passport copy and contact phone number.
- NOW TOTAL 100 coverage applies to people under 75 years of age (inclusive). For those over 76, a supplement must be paid (consult your advisor). Those over 85 cannot be beneficiaries of this product.
